Baby/toddler equipment:

On request, we can provide you with baby equipment consisting of a travel cot with mattress and bedding, as well as a high chair. In the kitchen cupboard next to the microwave, you will find children's tableware.
Please remove coarse contamination immediately to keep things in good condition for future guests. Baby bed linen is included in the laundry flat rate when booked accordingly.

Bathroom & Shower

Please ensure good ventilation after bathing and showering and leave the fan (right switch) running for a while to prevent mould from forming. Please clean the shower filter before departure.

User manuals

For all electrical appliances, you will find user manuals in the blue folder on the bookshelf (large bedroom).

Bett Textilien & Kissen Auswahl

We want you to feel comfortable in our holiday apartment and enjoy a restful night's sleep. In addition to the pillows and blankets provided on the beds, there is an additional selection of pillows and blankets available in the wardrobes. 
In der unteren Kommodenschublade im kleinen Schlaftzimmer finden Sie außerdem Wolldecken zur Nutzung. Bitte behandeln Sie diese sorgfältig, da eine Reinigung sehr aufwändig und teuer ist.

Dunstabzug & Lüften beim Kochen

Our holiday flat has a combined living room and kitchen area. When cooking, please use the extractor hood and make sure to open the balcony door to ensure optimal ventilation and good air circulation. 
This is essential to ensure that the living area does not smell of food.

Smart TV

In the living room of the holiday apartment there is a Smart TV with satellite connection and a Blu-ray/DVD playerYou will find a small selection of films on the bookshelf in the large bedroom.
Please note that the use of smart apps (Netflix, Prime, etc.) is only permitted with your own accounts Please log out before departure. We accept no liability if you forget to log out. 

Hair dryer

You will find a hairdryer in the bathroom cabinet under the washbasin.

Ski room and ski storage

Please store your skis, snowboards and sledges in the corridor between the underground car park and the stairwell.
Ski boots, snowboard boots and other footwear can be stored in the ski room opposite the entrance door on the ground floor. 
Please do not lock the door to the ski room.

Game collection & books

If the weather is not conducive to outdoor activities, there is a selection of books and games available in the holiday flat. These can be found on the shelf in the large bedroom – please treat them with care.

Parking garage

Please park in the centre of parking space number 14 and ideally reverse into the space. Be mindful of the ceiling height when opening your boot!
You can open the underground car park door from the outside with your flat key. The door opens automatically when you exit.

Washing machine and tumble dryer

You are welcome to use the communal washing machine in the basement. You will find the key for it in the drawer of the coat rack. Please be sure to return the key after use.
We kindly request that you only use fabric detergent in the washing machine. 

Hot water bottles

A hot water bottle is available for particularly cold nights. You will find it in the bottom drawer of the chest of drawers in the small bedroom. Please empty the hot water bottle after use and put it back in the chest of drawers.
