    First things first

    It is very important to us that all guests feel completely at home at Cadras 14. To ensure that the holiday apartment remains a pleasant place for everyone, we would be grateful if you could treat the furnishings with care and keep the place tidy. This will allow the next guests to enjoy their stay in a spotless environment.

    Fireplace instructions

    General information

    • 🔐 Better safe than sorry When leaving the flat, please remember to close all windows and doors.
    • 🪟 Fresh air is beneficial: Ventilate regularly – especially after cooking or showering.
    • 🚭 Rauchfrei genießen: Our flat is smoke-free – there is an ashtray on the balcony. Please clean it before departure. Failure to do so will result in a special cleaning fee! erhoben!
    • ⏰ Gemeinsam Rücksicht nehmen: Bitte halten Sie die Ruhezeiten vor 8 Uhr, über Mittag und nach 18 Uhr ein – vielen Dank!
    • 🚗 Parken mit Überblick: Sie parken auf Stellplatz Nr. 14. Bitte achten Sie beim Öffnen des Kofferraums auf die Deckenhöhe.
    • 🪟 Bitte kurbeln Sie die Blinds / Roller shutters vorsichtig und öffnen Sie diese bitte nicht bis zum Anschlag oder mit Gewalt.
    • 🧯Zwei Löschdecken finden Sie für nicht erhoffte Notfälle im Flur bei der Garderobe.

    Useful information

    • 📄 Anleitungen für das Sofabett, das Babybett sowie die Kaminnutzung finden Sie im Wohnzimmertisch.
    • 🔌 Well connected: Socket adapters (EU/Schuko) are located in the console table next to the dining table – please return them there after use.
    • 📶 Mit WiFi in Kontakt bleiben: The access data can be found directly on the router (next to the fireplace). By using it, you agree to the terms and conditions in the guest folder.
    • 📺 Smart-TV: Die Nutzung der Smart-Apps (Netflix, Prime, etc.) ist nur mit Ihren own accounts gestattet . Bitte loggen Sie sich vor Abreise wieder aus.

    Kitchen use

    Unsere Küche ist noch ganz neu und komplett ausgestattet. Damit wir sie in gepflegtem Zustand erhalten, bitten wir Sie, folgende Regeln einzuhalten: 

    • The kitchen counter is pleased not to be used as a chopping board – you will find suitable boards in the kitchen.
    • Please only place clean and dry dishes in the cupboards and ensure that packaging is sealed tightly.
    • Please use the extractor hood when cooking and make sure to open the balcony door.
    • Always use baking paper in the oven and remove grease residue and dirt immediately after use.
    • Clean the induction hob with a soft cloth after each use and remove stubborn stains with the ceramic hob cleaner under the sink. Do not scratch the surface with metal!
    • The pans and pots are coated and should not be scratched. Please only use plastic spatulas or wooden spoons.
    • We have already provided you with the first dishwasher tablets in the cupboard under the sink. 
    • You are welcome to use the oil, salt, spices, etc. provided in moderation – please be considerate of the next guests and do not use up all the supplies or refill them if necessary.

    🧹 Cleaning & tidying

    • Please remove any coarse dirt, e.g. from sofas or textiles, immediately in order to keep the items in good condition for future guests.
    • Please ensure good ventilation after bathing and showering and leave the fan (right switch) running for a while to prevent mould from forming.
    • You will find a handheld vacuum cleaner in the bottom drawer of the chest of drawers in the small bedroom.
    • A broom and a hand brush and dustpan can be found on the balcony.
    • A sponge and cloth will be waiting for you in the kitchen when you arrive.
    • You will find a clothes horse next to the wardrobe in the large bedroom.
    • You are kindly requested to use all cleaning utensils only for their intended purpose and to treat the flat with care in general. Please wipe up any spills immediately to prevent damage to the floor. 

    🚪 Departure

    • Waste disposal: Please take your separated waste (including bathroom waste) to the containers at the bus stop below the building.
    • Check-out by 11 a.m. at the latest. Please leave the flat on time. Put the key back in the safe and change the code.
    • Bed linen & towels: Remove the bed linen.Place these in the bath together with the used towels.
    • Kitchen: Dishes and cutlery need to be cleaned, dried and put back in the cupboards. Please take any opened food items with you when you leave!
    • Please Apartment swept clean: a broom is available on the balcony, and the handheld vacuum cleaner is in the chest of drawers in the small bedroom.
    • Please remember to report any damage to the inventory to us or our key holder so that we can obtain replacements in good time for the next holiday guests.
