To ensure that the holiday apartment remains a pleasant place for everyone, we would be grateful if you could treat the furnishings with care and keep the place tidy. This will allow the next guests to enjoy their stay in a spotless environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Kitchen use<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Unsere K\u00fcche ist noch ganz neu und komplett ausgestattet. Damit wir sie in gepflegtem Zustand erhalten, bitten wir Sie, folgende Regeln einzuhalten: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • The kitchen counter is pleased not to be used as a chopping board \u2013 you will find suitable boards in the kitchen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Please only place clean and dry dishes in the cupboards and ensure that packaging is sealed tightly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Please use the extractor hood <\/strong>when cooking and make sure to open the balcony door.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Always use baking paper<\/strong> in the oven<\/strong> and remove grease residue and dirt immediately after use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Clean the induction hob<\/strong> with a soft cloth after each use and remove stubborn stains with the ceramic hob cleaner<\/strong> under the sink. Do not scratch the surface with metal!<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • The pans and pots<\/strong> are coated and should not be scratched. Please only use plastic spatulas or wooden spoons<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • We have already provided you with the first dishwasher <\/strong>tablets in the cupboard under the sink. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • You are welcome to use the oil, salt, spices, etc. provided in moderation \u2013 please be considerate of the next guests and do not use up all the supplies or refill them if necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        \ud83e\uddf9 Cleaning & tidying<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        • Please remove any coarse dirt<\/strong>, e.g. from sofas or textiles, immediately in order to keep the items in good condition for future guests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Please ensure good ventilation<\/strong> after bathing and showering<\/strong> and leave the fan (right switch) running for a while to prevent mould from forming.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • You will find a handheld vacuum cleaner<\/strong> in the bottom drawer of the chest of drawers in the small bedroom.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • A broom<\/strong> and a hand brush and dustpan<\/strong>\u00a0can be found on the balcony.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • A sponge and cloth<\/strong> will be waiting for you in the kitchen when you arrive.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • You will find a clothes horse<\/strong> next to the wardrobe in the large bedroom.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • You are kindly requested to use all cleaning utensils only for their intended purpose and to treat the flat with care in general. Please wipe up any spills immediately to prevent damage to the floor. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

          • Waste disposal: Please take your separated waste<\/strong> (including bathroom waste) to the containers at the bus stop below the building<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Check-out by 11 a.m. at the latest.<\/strong> Please leave the flat on time. Put the key<\/strong> back in the safe<\/strong> and change the code<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Bed linen & towels: Remove the bed linen.<\/strong>Place these in the bath together with the used towels.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Kitchen: Dishes and cutlery need to be cleaned<\/strong>, dried and put back in the cupboards. Please take any opened food items <\/strong>with you when you leave!<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Please Apartment<\/strong> swept clean:<\/strong> a broom is available on the balcony, and the handheld vacuum cleaner is in the chest of drawers in the small bedroom.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
